Talent Spyre is partnering with a fast-growing tech/SaaS organization to hire an experienced Account Manager to support and grow key customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who excels in client communication, problem solving, and driving customer success in a technology-driven environment.

About the Opportunity

The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the company’s technology solutions. This person will collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams, such as product, technical support, and customer success, to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts

  • Build, maintain, and expand long-term client relationships

  • Understand client goals, workflows, and product usage to identify opportunities for additional value

  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues, improve outcomes, and drive customer satisfaction

  • Conduct regular account reviews, business reviews, and performance check-ins

  • Monitor account health, user adoption, and engagement metrics

  • Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and support the sales team when needed

  • Maintain accurate account information and activity notes in CRM

Support renewals and ensure timely contract follow-up


What We’re Looking For


  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or customer success (preferably in tech or SaaS)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to analyze customer data and make informed recommendations

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field OR equivalent experience


Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Familiarity with SaaS industry, software implementation, or technical customer environments

  • Experience in renewal management or upsell processes
