About the Opportunity

The Account Manager will be the go to person for our clients. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, strengthening renewals, and uncovering opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and conversions across all product lines. You will manage small and medium size accounts by understanding client goals, stay current on industry trends, and developing strategies that drive customer adoption. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys working directly with customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of small business accounts, serving as the primary contact

  • Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers

  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product to influence roadmap priorities

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to reduce churn

  • Support contract discussions, renewals, and upsells

  • Monitor account health metrics and provide regular reporting and forecasts


What We’re Looking For


  • 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales

  • Strong understanding of SaaS or fintech metrics (ARR, retention, expansion, churn)

  • Sed quis nibh et turpis accumsan semper id eget dui.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
