Talent Spyre is partnering with a CPG manufacturer in Chicago who is looking for a Brand Manager to help support the growth of their confectionary product business. They are seeking a Brand Manager to help fuel the next wave of growth through new flavors and packaging to continue being a leader in the category.
About the Opportunity
As a Brand Manager, you will serve as a business leader responsible for shaping brand strategy, driving category growth, and strengthening our presence in the confectionery market. You’ll lead a cross-functional team and develop a marketing plan that brings our products to life. You will play a critical role in delivering innovation, building brand loyalty, and driving sales growth.
What You’ll Do
Own P&L performance and drive growth through pricing, promotion, innovation, and distribution strategy
Ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross functional teams
Lead annual brand planning, including portfolio strategy, innovation roadmap, and marketing investment priorities
Lead retail marketing initiatives, including promotions, shopper marketing, and in-store displays
Present brand strategy, campaign performance, and growth plans to leadership
Ability to leverage consumer insights, category trends, and competitive analysis to guide decision making
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
4+ years of brand management or marketing experience within the CPG industry
Strong understanding of consumer insights, category trends, and retail environments
Excellent communication, analytical skills, and project management capabilities
Experience working with retailers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
