The role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into clear, actionable solutions that drive measurable impact.
About the Opportunity
This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical problem solver who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will play a critical role in gathering requirements, improving processes, and ensuring solutions are clearly defined, well-documented, and successfully implemented.
You will work cross-functionally to understand business goals, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and translate complex requirements into structured documentation that technical teams can execute against.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
Analyze processes, workflows, systems, and data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, technical specifications, user stories, and process flows
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions with cross-functional teams
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately
Support testing activities including test planning, test case development, UAT coordination, and results analysis
Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support business decision-making using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
Monitor project progress, validate deliverables, and proactively identify risks or issues
Support change management efforts including documentation, training, and rollout support for new systems or processes
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Strong experience translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, or process documentation
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or Sales
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail while maintaining big-picture perspective
