About the Opportunity
In this role, you’ll be on the front lines, identifying, engaging, and qualifying small business prospects while educating them on how the platform can reduce costs and improve margins. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys outbound sales, and wants a clear path to career growth in SaaS or fintech sales.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and engage small business owners through outbound calls, emails, and social media
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify high-potential opportunities
Educate prospects on the company’s solution and how it reduces credit card transaction costs
Meet or exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets.
What We’re Looking For
1–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage small business owners confidently
High level of resilience, persistence, and coachability
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Superior outbound calling, prospecting and lead generation skills
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
