About the Opportunity
This is a contract opportunity for a Data Scientist to support analytical initiatives within a fast-growing technology organization. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, develop models, and deliver insights that inform product and business decisions. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and able to quickly contribute in a dynamic environment while driving measurable results during the contract engagement.
What You’ll Do
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business and product decisions
Develop and apply statistical models, predictive analyses, or experimentation frameworks to solve real-world problems
Design and evaluate experiments (e.g., A/B testing) and clearly communicate results.
Support ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives as needed throughout the contract engagement
Document methodologies, assumptions, and findings to ensure transparency and repeatability
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative role
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python and/or R.
Experience working with large datasets in fast-moving environments
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
Ability to ramp quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute value early in the engagement
