Talent Spyre is partnering with a Fortune 1000 SaaS company to hire a Marketing Manager who will play a key role in building and executing high-impact marketing initiatives. This organization is focused on scaling demand generation, strengthening product positioning, and creating programs that convert prospects into long-term customers.
About the Opportunity
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to launch new initiatives, refine messaging, and bring go-to-market strategies to life across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do
Lead and execute marketing campaigns across social media, trade shows, conferences, and webinars
Own the full marketing funnel, tracking performance, conversion rates, and identifying growth opportunities
Partner with Sales to develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials
Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs and performance metrics to senior leadership
Manage marketing automation workflows using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Braze
Oversee the creation of marketing assets including videos, ads, blog content, and event materials
Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
Use performance learnings to continuously refine strategy and improve marketing ROI
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, with proven success managing campaigns and content
Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and brand management
Experience developing and executing marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment and highly skilled in prioritization with a strong attention to detail
