Talent Spyre has partnered with a Global SAAS company in Madison, Wisconsin who is looking for a Project Manager to oversee our customers implementation from start to finish.
You’ll collaborate with Sales Executives, Sales Engineers, Product Managers, and Developers to ensure each customer implementation is executed smoothly, accurately, and on schedule. This includes coordinating requirements, clarifying technical needs, aligning timelines, and removing roadblocks.
About the Opportunity
As a Project Manager, you will own end-to-end implementation projects and drive strategic initiatives that ensure each deployment is delivered successfully. You are responsible for creating, communicating, and managing project plans through clear, established methods, working closely with team members, and providing regular reporting. You will create, communicate, and manage project plans, working closely with cross-functional team members and providing regular status updates to all stakeholders. This is a hands-on role that requires coordination across multiple teams.
What You’ll Do
Manage assigned implementation projects, from kick off to go live
Work closely with business executives, IT teams, and external vendors to understand requirements, define project scope, and communicate progress
Participate in sprint planning, review, and meetings while providing feedback to the team
Track project performance, ensuring milestones are met and internal stakeholders and informed
Work closely with internal partners
Ensure clear and timely handoffs between delivery and product teams
Ability to explain technical concepts to broad audiences
What We’re Looking For
3+ Years as a technical project manager, preferably in IT, consulting or a SAAS company
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in implementations
Proven track record of initiating and leading projects
Experience delivering technical training and workshops
Highly organized, responsive, and able to multi task
