About the Opportunity
The Technical Project Manager will own the full project lifecycle—from planning and resourcing through delivery. This position requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of SaaS or software development environments.
What You’ll Do
Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
Coordinate tasks and priorities across engineering, product, and client-facing teams
Ensure milestones are met on time, within budget, and within scope
Communicate clearly and regularly with internal and external stakeholders
Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies
Maintain documentation and use best practices in project and program management
Support continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and recommending refinements
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of project management experience within a SaaS or software environment
Strong project and program management skills with proven delivery success
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong analytical skills to assess requirements, monitor progress, and support data-driven decisions
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience supporting software development, technical implementations, or systems integrations
